This report summarizes the public input gathered during the Board of Education’s city-wide Listening Tour, which was designed to help new Board members learn about which education issues matter most to Philadelphians.

The Penn Project for Civic Engagement (PPCE) designed the sessions and moderated the conversations. PPCE took notes during the discussions, and used them to create a final report for the Board.
