Fatality Review Program reports

The Fatality Review Program (FRP) conducts comprehensive reviews of deaths in selected vulnerable populations in Philadelphia. The goals of the FRP are to:

  • Understand the factors that contributed to the death to identify factors that are preventable.
  • Improve the health and safety of all Philadelphians.
  • Reduce the number of preventable deaths.
