The Mayor, Council President Darrell Clarke, School District Superintendent Dr. William Hite, State Director for the Trust for Public Land Anthony Cucchi and Philadelphia Water Department Green Infrastructure Manager Jessica Brooks will all speak at the groundbreaking for the green schoolyard at the Adaire School.
