The Mayor will provide remarks at the Philadelphia rally for this event where Red Cross volunteers and partners gather to install 350-500 free smoke alarms in area surrounding Tustin Recreation Center.

12:00 PM Mayor Kenney to Speak at Boise Project UP Tree Planting
The Mayor will join representatives from Boise Project UP, the Philadelphia Orchard Project, the Arbor Day Foundation, Boise Paper and Office Depot as he plants a tree to celebrate new orchard plantings that will take place at Bartram Garden, Bartram High and community school Tilden Middle School.
