Logan Elementary to Receive Back-to-School Donation of Supplies

What: Employees from Quaker Valley Foods in Northeast Philadelphia will deliver donated school supplies to Logan Elementary. The donation comes just before the first day of school on Tuesday, September 5. The donated materials – among them backpacks, notebooks, pencils and paper – were collected through an employee drive at Quaker Valley Foods, and include essential supplies for students and teachers. Logan Elementary is one of eleven city-designated Community Schools, and the Mayor’s Office of Education facilitated the donation of supplies.
