Advancing clean and efficient energy is a priority for the City of Philadelphia. Vision 3 of the recently released Greenworks: A Vision for a Sustainable Philadelphia focuses toward a future where all Philadelphians efficiently use clean energy that they can afford. To further that vision, the City of Philadelphia with the Philadelphia Energy Authority and the Philadelphia Museum of Art intend to commence a guaranteed energy savings project at the Museum’s Main, Perelman and Rodin buildings.  Proposals for these facilities will comprehensively reduce energy use and costs.

A Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is the first step in the process of obtaining proposals from qualified Energy Service Companies (ESCOs). Through this RFQ, the most qualified respondents to this RFQ will be identified and subsequently invited to participate in the Request for Proposals process.

Responses must be received no later than 4:00 P.M. on March 15th, 2017. Responses should be delivered electronically emailed to energy@phila.gov and be no larger than 10MB to ensure delivery.

The RFQ can be found here:
