The second year of Mayor Jim Kenney’s Administration is in full swing. There have been quite a few amazing moments this month,  like the first day of PHLpreK, the MLK Day of Service, the graduation of the Philadelphia Police Department’s Academy Class 378, and the Women’s March in Philadelphia.
