You must have experience taking the world’s largest online retailer to an unthinkable new level in about one-third the time that most competent people would think possible. You should require a workforce of 3+ million that is strong in highly qualified candidates who are inventing the future. Commitment to creating a state-of-the-art workplace and building a transformational project are essential. Familiarity with our history of innovation, from inventing the computer to developing cures for cancer, would be helpful but is not necessary.
Expect talented, motivated, intense, peculiar, and interesting job candidates, business and civic leaders, and sports fans. Must be willing to relocate to Philadelphia (we will help cover moving costs).
