From April 27-29, the City of Philadelphia is hosting the NFL Draft Experience. The NFL Draft Experience Presented by Oikos Triple Zero invites families and fans of all ages to enjoy a three-day long, FREE admission, football festival, held along the half-mile stretch of Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
The NFL is providing fans with more opportunities than ever before to see the Draft by constructing an open-air theater on the steps of the historic Philadelphia Museum of Art.

- NFL Draft Experience: The largest festival footprint ever created by the NFL, spanning the size of nearly twenty-five football fields, fans of all ages and of all teams will be able to participate in interactive exhibits, immersive games, and virtual reality experiences, free player autograph sessions and more. - Fan Mobile Pass (FMP): The free Fan Mobile Pass will give you access to all the action at the NFL Draft Experience. The Fan Mobile Pass (FMP) is a QR code that will enhance fan experiences at the 2017 NFL Draft. FMP is not required to enter the NFL Draft Experience but it is required to participate in all interactive games, enter to win prizes and receive photos and other content. - Museums & other attractions: All of the museums and other cultural institutions along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway will be open during the Draft. Philadelphians and visitors are encouraged to visit them as well as the many surrounding shops and businesses, many of which will have extended hours during the NFL Draft. - Philly311 open 8:00 a.m. — 8:00 p.m.: Philly311 will be open regular hours from 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Monday – Friday and will open on Saturday, April 29 from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. You can reach Philly311 by calling 311, tweeting, or downloading the Philly311 app for your smartphone. Take advantage of 311 to report all non-emergency service concerns.
- Trash & recycling pickup: City services, including trash and recycling pickup will not be impacted for business and residents along the Parkway.
- Resources for Businesses: Are you planning to have a NFL Draft-specific deal? Send those to marketing@discoverPHL.com and share them on social media using #DraftDeals. Businesses along the Parkway can stay open and we hope will benefit from this free, family-friendly event which is expected to bring 200,000 visitors to Philadelphia over three days.
- Department of Commerce Business Services hotline: Commerce’s hotline (215-683-2100 or business@phila.gov) will be open for extended hours during the NFL Draft: Thursday, April 27 and Friday, April 28 9:00 a.m. — 11:00 p.m. and Saturday April 29 10:00 a.m. — 6:00 p.m.
- Security: A list of prohibited items can be found here. The Philadelphia Police Department and all our other public safety stakeholders are working together to provide a safe, secure environment for all.

Transit Information
- SEPTA: SEPTA is a convenient, affordable way to get to and from the event grounds. Visit SEPTA’s NFL Draft website for service changes or alerts, routes, and schedules during the 2017 NFL Draft in Philadelphia
- Free Parking at Sports Complex: Free parking at the sports stadium complex. From the stadium complex, people can use the Broad Street Subway at AT&T Station, located at Broad Street and Pattison Avenue.
- Road closures and parking restrictions: Traffic delays can be expected as a result of road closures. The first road closures began Monday, April 10th. The second phase of road closures began Wednesday, April 19th. The Parkway inner lanes will be closed from Eakins Oval to 20th Street. - Local access: This means that residents and workers can access roads and parking lots at all times. During event days, residents may be asked by Police Officers on duty to prove identification, however it will not be required for entry.
- Relocating Illegally parked cars: If you believe your car has been relocated, contact the 9th Police District at 215-686-3090/3091 for confirmation and the new location. Relocations are tracked by your license plate number.
- Bike Lane Detours: During venue construction, a number of bicycle lanes along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Eakins Oval, and in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art will be detoured. Appropriate signage will be prominently displayed, and cyclists are advised to utilize marked detours.
- Pedestrian Detours: During venue construction, a number of sidewalks and pathways along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, Eakins Oval, and in front of the Philadelphia Museum of Art will be detoured and detours will be clearly marked. The primary north-south pedestrian detours will be 22nd Street and Anne d’Harnoncourt Drive.
