Beginning April 21, 2017 through June 19, 2017 the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue will waive all penalties and half of the interest on eligible tax delinquencies for individuals and businesses who participate in the 2017 Tax Amnesty Program.

Here’s your chance to be free of penalties from late payments, and get caught up with your state obligations! Wondering which Pennsylvania taxes are eligible for this program? Here’s a list of eligible taxes; such as: Personal Income Tax, Sales Tax, Realty Transfer Tax, and Inheritance and Estate taxes just to name a few.

The City of Philadelphia isn’t offering amnesty, but that doesn’t mean that this isn’t a great time to get straight with Philadelphia Taxes, especially Real Estate Taxes, the Business Income and Receipts Tax, or School Income Tax. Philadelphia residents can check our website on how to get into a payment agreement for back Real Estate Taxes and if you’re a business, check out our Voluntary Disclosure Program, you may qualify for reduced penalties.
