Revenue’s customer service department is now open until 7 p.m., Monday – Thursday and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays. Friday hours remain 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Extended hours are only at the Municipal Services Building on the Concourse level of 1401 JFK Blvd.
The Water Revenue Bureau will offer the same extended walk-in hours, at the same location.
Extended hours continue through April 18, 2017. Telephone assistance for Real Estate and business taxes is also available during these extended hours at 215.686.6442.
Walk-in customers can pay tax and water bills, get account information and apply for assistance programs. Customers must arrive 30 minutes before closing or should be in the phone queue at least 15 minutes before closing to ensure service.
