Community Development Corporation (CDC) Tax Credit forms

The City of Philadelphia offers tax credits to certain community development corporations and nonprofits. Businesses that are in credit programs must still file a return with the City, even if they reduce the tax liability to zero. These credit programs are administered by the Department of Revenue and have specific City tax filing requirements.
