Use this form to apply for the Tax Credit for Reserve and National Guard Members Called to Active Duty, often called the Active Duty Tax Credit.

This program offers a Real Estate Tax credit for members of the National Guard, or a reserve component of the Armed Forces of the United States, who are called to active duty outside of Pennsylvania.

The credit applies only to the portion of the Real Estate Tax that goes to the City’s General Fund. It doesn’t apply to the portion of the tax that goes to the School District of Philadelphia.

Applicants must complete and return this one-page application. The deadline to apply is March 31.
