The 2017 Philadelphia Workforce Diversity Profile Report provides a summary of the City’s workforce and an in-depth examination of the exempt workforce as of June 30, 2017.  The report begins with a summary of the demographics of Philadelphia’s population, which Mayor Kenney wants our government workforce to reflect. After reviewing the general demographics of the City, the report examines all of the demographic data broken down into segments of the workforce, and ends with a focus on the City’s strategies to diversify the workforce and create a more inclusive environment.
