UPDATE (November 2, 2021): The City’s new tax filing and payment website, the Philadelphia Tax Center, is now live. From now on, please complete online returns and payments for most City business taxes on the new website. During tax season the Department of Revenue has extended hours at our Center City location. We’ve also extended phone hours. Taxpayers can take advantage of shorter wait times by calling after 5 p.m.
Extended hours have been in effect since February 1, and will continue until April 17, 2018. They can be used to take care of tax obligations, but also to pay water bills, apply for assistance programs, and use other services.
